I love photographing people. People are all around us. We interact with people on a daily basis. I like to capture mood, character, expression or just something about a person that sums them up. Sometimes I like to re-create a style or mood and maybe ask a few friends to dress up and act out a part.
Though I started photography many years ago and have a strong darkroom background, my work these days is predominantly digital for convenience. My day job is in IT and so photography remains a mostly leisure pursuit though I do take it seriously. I am an active member of Cambridge Camera Club and lecture and judge at camera clubs throughout East Anglia and beyond.
